Founded an innovative department and program within the local housing authority entitled Bringing Health Home, a first of its kind initiative dedicated to changing the healthcare system for low-income communities. Assembled a team of public housing residents and empowered them to assist 25,000 low-income community members in addressing their multi-crisis needs. Additionally, the program created customized plans with resident-prioritized health and wellness goals to shift away from high emergency room use, and towards health and housing stability.
